Thank you for shopping at Readycade. This document governs all returns and exchanges of Readycade INC (“”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. Readycade INC reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy we establish the following definitions:

  • “Products” means all products and services sold at

  • “Customer” means end user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Readycade.

  • “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.

What’s Readycade Return and Refund Policy?

We accept returns. You can return items purchased from Us within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Product isn’t damaged or tampered with.

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

The following does not apply to the sale of digital products. Digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Return Address and Shipping Information

We accept returns at our location. The address for returning items is: #123, Street Name, City, Ontario, Canada. To facilitate a smooth return process, we recommend that you use a reliable shipping company with tracking capabilities. Please include your contact information and a printable shipping label provided by us to help ensure an efficient exchange.

Processing Timeframe and Refunds/Replacements:

Upon receipt of the returned item in good condition within 30 days of the original purchase date, we will process your return or exchange request within approximately 2-3 weeks. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment. If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 48 hours of processing your return.

Return Fees and Damages

Should your returned item not meet our requirements for original packaging or condition, a 15% restocking fee may apply. This fee covers the additional costs we incur when processing items that do not conform to our return conditions. We strongly advise you to keep the original box and packaging in excellent condition during transit to avoid any potential fees.

Lost or Damaged Items

To protect your investment, we highly recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking capabilities for all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during return shipping without proper insurance coverage, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the missing or damaged product. We will work closely with you to resolve any issues related to your return as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Inspection & Refund

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.
